Property Location
We will locate a range of property options for you based on your desired requirements (distance, price, size, style) and provide you with the best possible offering from agencies and our network of landlords.
Quality Evaluation
Subsequent to the compilation of a shortlist of potential properties. We will perform visits to all locations and provide the client with images as well as an evaluation of potential issues as well as an estimate of additional living costs (utilities, condominium fees).
Correspondence Management
Due to many agencies having restrictive language barriers, we will perform all necessary correspondence with agents on behalf of the client ensuring an absolute understanding between both parties.
Contract Management
Once a property is chosen we will provide the client with translations of contracts as well as any answers necessary to fully understand every aspect of legal proceedings through the deal.
Fees
Complete service
Acting as an intermediary, once the deal is complete you will remain in the hands of the deal agent for future correspondence. Upon the signing of the final rental contract, a fee equivalent to 50% of one month’s rent plus Italian VAT (22%) shall be payable.
Quality Evaluation
In case you have found a location by your own initiative, but are not able to visit the flat to check it. We can also provide a complete report on the flat alongside pictures of its present state.

A little more about me and our philosophy
My name is William and I am currently a Bsc student at Bocconi. I moved to Milan two years ago from the UK where I was raised. However, due to being of Spanish birth I have maintained fluency in both Spanish and English while having attained a basic level of German during High school. Having family involved within the real estate industry, I have grown to love the environment and therefore find any way I can to get involved.
I first experienced the nightmare of housing in Milan months before starting my first uni days, rooms in student accommodation had evaporated in the blink of an eye and the myriad of estate agents, Facebook groups and subletters made my first year as an adult an unnecessary nightmare. Fortunately, over time I have leared italian and have come to understand the real estate market in and around Bocconi and now want to help those that will be in the same position I was to have an easier transition to University as there are far more important things to concern ourselves with!
